江苏省中外药企科研与技术创新能力对比分析

Summary:目的 以江苏省内具有代表性的中外制药企业为样本,评价制药企业的科研能力.方法从位于江苏省的全球25大生物制药公司及全国制药工业百强企业中选取13个样本.检索中国知识资源总库（CNKI）、科学引文索引（Science Citation Index, SCI）和基本科学指标数据库（Essential Science Indicators, ESI）的论文数据,及SooPAT搜索引擎中的专利数据,通过文献分析法和Excel 2013软件对13家公司近10年的论文及专利数据进行定性与定量相结合的分析.结果在论文产出方面,CNKI收录范围内,跨国制药公司发表论文年均最高为19.9篇,国内制药公司最高为21.8篇,发文量相当;而在SCI收录范围内,跨国制药公司发表论文年均最高为1281.8篇,国内制药公司最高仅为7.4篇,发文量差距显著;国内制药公司未能进入ESI数据库.在专利产出方面,跨国公司的专利持有量与覆盖面都远超国内制药公司.结论我国的制药企业和跨国制药企业在科研能力上还存在着很大的差距,要弥补这种差距需要企业加大研发的投入,加强与高校以及科研院所的合作.
Bibliography:Objective To evaluate the scientific research ability of the pharmaceutical enterprise by selecting samples of typical transnational and Chinese enterprises in Jiangsu Province. Methods 13 samples from world＇s 25 biggest drugs and biotech companies and the top 100 pharmaceutical enterprises in Jiangsu Province were selected. Papers in CNKI, SCI, and ESI were searched, and patent data in SooPAT were also searched. Document analysis and Excel 2017 were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the papers and patent data of the 13 enterprises in recent 10 years. Results In terms of CNKI paper publication, transnational pharmaceutical companies published an annual average of 19.9 papers, meanwhile the domestic companies published up to 21.8, with equal publication number; and in terms of SCI, transnational pharmaceutical companies published an annual average of 1281.8 papers, while the domestic pharmaceutical companies published up to 7.4, with significant difference.
