Shrnutí:Accessory cavitated uterine mass (ACUM) is a very rare, underdiagnosed pathology. It is treated with radical surgery, which results in uterine scarring. Here, we describe the first case of ethanol sclerotherapy of an ACUM, modeled on the treatment of recurring endometrioma.
