Notes Dr. Saslow is the principal investigator for two cooperative agreements between the American Cancer Society (ACS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to support the National HPV Vaccination Roundtable, and initiatives to increase human Papillomavirus vaccination. The ACS receives partial funding from CDC to support the National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable, of which Dr. Wender is the Chair, and Dr. Smith is the Co‐Chair, and Dr. Brooks is a Steering Committee member, to support initiatives related to colorectal cancer screening. The ACS also received contributions from Bracco Diagnostics Inc., Polymedco Inc., Exact Sciences, Medtronic GI Solutions Inc., Quest Diagnostics, Epigenomics Inc., Clinical Genomics, Medial EarlySign, The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, The American College of Gastroenterology, The American College of Radiology, and The American Gastroenterological Association to support the annual meeting of the National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable. The ACS receives funding from AstraZeneca, Inc. to provide partial support for the National Lung Cancer Roundtable, of which Dr. Smith is the principal investigator (but receives no salary support), to promote initiatives focused on public and provider education, shared decision making, screening, tobacco treatment, and guideline‐adherent diagnosis and therapy.
