| Summary: | The odd and even terms of higher order hypergeometric series that leads to new summation formulas with arguments of 1 and -1 is considered. The Pochhammer symbol is the generalized hypergeometric function that occurs in many theoretical applications such as mathematics, theoretical physics, engineering and statistics. The process of resolving hypergeometric series into odd and even parts to obtain results depend on the technique itself. The value of parameters that do not lead to results are excluded and indices of summation are taken to run over all of the non-negative integers. |
