Abstract A modular design including STM32F107 microcontroller, data acquisition, liquid crystal display and voice alarm is used to give a set of harmful gas detection voice in the vehicle. alarm system. In the data acquisition, each sensor measures the carbon monoxide concentration, formaldehyde concentration, PM 2.5 and temperature and humidity parameters in the vehicle and displays them on the TFT liquid crystal display in real time. The comparison between the system display value and the measured value shows that the maximum absolute error of the measured value of the system is 0.004 mg/m3. The GM(1,1) model is used to predict the concentration of harmful gases in the vehicle, and the accuracy of the system model is verified by the small error probability and the posterior difference ratio. The results show that the system is stable and reliable, and the cost is low. An accident in which the concentration of harmful gases is too high to endanger the safety of passengers.
