Abstract El presente artículo tiene por objetivo determinar la influencia la gestión de tutoría para el liderazgo personal y propósito de vida en tiempos de COVID 19 de estudiantes de educación universitaria. La investigación por su naturaleza corresponde al enfoque de investigación cuantitativa, de diseño con pre prueba - pos prueba con grupos experimentales y grupos de control; se ha experimentado el programa tutorial; para observar el comportamiento de la variable dependiente mediante la aplicación de una Escala de Apreciación Descriptiva o EAD de chequeo. Los resultados dan cuenta de diferencias significativas en las medidas de tendencia central del grupo experimental y el grupo control. Se concluye que la gestión de tutoría influye positivamente para el liderazgo personal y propósito de vida en tiempos de COVID 19 de estudiantes de educación universitaria.
