| Shrnutí: | Nowadays the leader in the police organs and units mast be not only professional, but also a qualified psychologist, capable to understand and solve problems of a psychological nature. The main emphasis in the development of professionalism of the police head is placed on the formation and development of psychological competence as professionally important characteristics of the individual, showed in the ability to interact with others, to orient in social situations, to identify the personal characteristics of subordinates and to find adequate strategies of interaction with them. In this regard, there is a need to study the psychological competence of leader in the theoretical and applied aspects. Modern society dictates the conditions under which the image is formed of an effective leader. Managers seeking to improve their professional skills, possess certain psychological skills, develop their leadership potential is able to provide a high level of managerial productivity, improve not only the quality of the professional component, but also the authority of law enforcement agencies in General.
Сегодня руководителю в органах и подразделениях полиции необходимо быть не только профессионалом своего дела, но также и квалифицированным психологом, способным разбираться в вопросах психологического характера и уметь решать их. Главный акцент в развитии профессионализма руководителя полиции ставится на формировании и развитии психологической компетентности как профессионально важной характеристики личности, проявляющейся в умении взаимодействовать с окружающими людьми, быстро ориентироваться в социальных ситуациях, правильно выявлять личностные особенности подчиненных и находить адекватные стратегии взаимодействия с ними. В связи с этим существует необходимость изучения психологической компетентности руководителей в теоретическом и прикладном аспектах. Современное общество диктует условия, при которых формируется образ эффективного руководителя. Руководители, стремящиеся к повышению своего профессионального мастерства, овладевающие определенными психологическими умениями и навыками, развивающие свой лидерский потенциал, способны обеспечить высокий уровень управленческой продуктивности, повысить не только качество профессиональной составляющей, но и авторитет правоохранительных органов в целом. |
