| Abstract | Zusammenfassung
Der vorliegende Beitrag gibt einen Literaturüberblick zum Produkt „Versicherungsschutz“ aus der Perspektive des Kunden. Als immaterielles Gut auf Basis des Austauschs von Zahlungsströmen sind Versicherungen in besonderem Masse erklärungsbedürftig. Die Normativ-Rationale Entscheidungstheorie fusst in erster Linie auf der Bewertung des stochastischen Zahlungsanspruchs des Versicherungsnehmers. Hierzu sind gewisse Informationsannahmen bezüglich der zugrundeliegenden Zufallsgesetzmässigkeiten notwendig; zudem gehen andere Aspekte wie z. B. Servicequalität oder Markenimage, die für Kunden wichtig sein können, regelmässig nicht in die Bewertung ein. Wir spiegeln die Erkenntnisse der Normativ-Rationalen Entscheidungstheorie mit fünf ausgewählten Studien aus dem Bereich der Verhaltenswissenschaften. Dabei zeigen sich interessante Einblicke in das tatsächliche Entscheidungsverhalten von Versicherungsnehmern sowie deren spezifischen Präferenzen für Versicherungen. |
