| Abstract | Entre los diferentes cambios que ha traído consigo la Ley orgánica de protección integral a la infancia y la adolescencia frente a la violencia 8/2021 en materia deportiva con menores destaca la creación de la figura del delegado/a de protección. Entre otras funciones, estas personas tienen como cometido velar por el cumplimiento de los protocolos de actuación frente a la violencia en los clubes deportivos. En este trabajo se presenta una propuesta de uso de la metodología aprendizaje basado en los retos para la formación de futuros delegados/as de protección en materia de intervención ante la violencia contra menores en el ámbito deportivo. Se trata de una propuesta diseñada con el fin de (i) reconocer sistemas de intervención ante situaciones de violencia, (ii) identificar canales de actuación ante dichas situaciones y (iii) aprender a analizar el impacto del modelo organizativo de los clubes deportivos y de los roles de sus miembros en el trabajo con la infancia y la adolescencia. Esta propuesta deja de manifiesto la importancia de que la formación en esta materia venga de la mano de metodologías que fomenten la actitud crítica y reflexiva, así como la experimentación con el entorno. It is a proposal designed with the aim of (i) recognizing systems of intervention in situations of violence, (ii) identifying channels of action in these situations and (iii) learning to analyze the impact of the organizational model of sports clubs and the roles of their members in working with children and adolescents. This proposal highlights the importance of training in this area accompanied by methodologies that encourage a critical and reflective attitude, as well as experimentation with the environment.
