| Shrnutí: | It was the study of the dynamics of human resources , providing dental care to the population of Evenkia. The importance of training in the organization of dental care to the population of the northern territories. Emphasized the crucial role of human resources in the formation of health information that is used in the broad areas of research. Objective: to improve the activities of dental services of the northern territories of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, by optimizing the personnel policy. Methods: We used to analyze the data and report forms № 30 and № 47 for the years 2008-2012 in the Krasnoyarsk territory . Results. Analysis of staffing dental service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The possibility of increasing the efficiency of the organization of dental care Evenkiya by optimizing human resources. Conclusions.
