Summary:As a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, numerous companies have terminated their employee ties. It has an impact on their life at home. The efforts of Rejodadi Campurejo Panceng Gresik village lay off victims to care for their families during the covid-19 outbreak are examined in this essay. Interviews and observations are used to acquire data. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, according to this study, contributed to the layoff of certain people of Rejodadi Village, Campurejo Village, Panceng District, Gresik Regency. As a result, they must fight for their family's survival. Finding another work, managing the family's financial habits, developing good communication between family members, and mentally and spiritually strengthening each other are among their efforts to keep the family in a condition of hurt. The layoff victim was able to keep his family in a state of harmony or sakinahAdanya covid-19 menyebabkan beberapa perusahaan memutuskan hubungan kerja dengan pegawainya. Hal tersebut berimbas pada kehidupan rumah tangga mereka.Artikel ini mengkaji tentang upaya korban PHK warga Dusun Rejodadi Campurejo Panceng Gresik untuk menjaga keluarga sakinah pada masa pandemi covid-19. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secarakualitatif deskriptif dengan pola pikir deduktif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dampak pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan beberapa warga Dusun Rejodadi Desa Campurejo Kecamatan Panceng Kabupaten Gresik kehilangan pekerjaan karena diPHK oleh perusahaannya. Upaya mereka untuk mempertahankan keadaan sakinah dalam keluarga adalah mencari pekerjaan lain, mengatur pola keuangan keluarga, menjalin komunikasi yang baik antar anggota keluarga, dan saling menguatkan mental dan spiritual. Dengan upaya tersebut, korban PHK berhasil menjaga keluarganya tetap dalam kondisi sakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah.
