| Shrnutí: | The socio-psychological competence of psychologists provides the opportunity for specialists to realize their potential and increase the efficiency and success of professional activities, and is also directly related to such a concept as psychological insight. The study compared the characteristics of psychological insight (objectivity-subjectivity of psychological insight) of psychology students with the level of development of their analytical skills, since they act as a catalyst for the formation of correct inferences and conclusions. The results obtained can be taken into account when building educational work at a university, as well as when developing individual programs and courses for the development of psychological insight among psychology students.
Социально-психологическая компетентность психологов обеспечивает возможность реализации специалистами своего потенциала и повышения эффективности и успешности профессиональной деятельности, является непосредственно связанной с таким понятием, как психологическая проницательность. В ходе исследования были сопоставлены особенности психологической проницательности (объективность-субъективность психологической проницательности) студентов-психологов с уровнем развития их аналитического навыка, поскольку именно он может выступать катализатором для формирования верных умозаключений, выводов. Полученные результаты могут быть учтены при выстраивании учебно-воспитательной работы в вузе, а также при разработке отдельных программ и курсов по развитию психологической проницательности у студентов-психологов. |
