Der Sammelband Körperkonzepte – Transformationen in slawischen Literaturen und Kulturen nimmt auf den corporeal turn Bezug und betrachtet aus interdisziplinärer Perspektive die Darstellung von Körpern sowie damit verbundene kulturelle Diskurse. Im Fokus steht die Frage nach Transformationen, d.h. nach konzeptuellen Veränderungen des künstlerischen Blicks auf Körper, die durch historische Ereignisse wie Kriege und Migrationsbewegungen, wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse oder gesellschaftliches Umdenken in Gang gesetzt wurden.
