Minimally invasive endoscopic approaches are detailed including ureterscopic retrograde and percutaneous antegrade techniques for larger lesions. Intracavitary chemotherapy and immunotherapy and palliative treatments is also covered. The text is richly illustrated and contains links to video clips for visual impact.
