Abstract: This annual report contains the following sections: (1) Role of the State Regents; (2) Higher Education Update; (3) State System Fast Facts; (4) Affordability; (5) Key Initiatives; (6) Enrollment; (7) Outcomes; (8) Workforce Development; and (9) Institutional Highlights. The strength of Oklahoma's public higher education system shows in enrollment and employment outcomes. 2024 marked the state system's fourth consecutive year of enrollment growth, with a 4.5% increase from fall 2023 to fall 2024. Even more encouraging, Oklahoma's students learn in Oklahoma, then earn in Oklahoma. Over 93% of Oklahomans who graduate from a state system institution remain and work in the state one year after earning their degrees.
