Description: At a time when efforts to increase production productivity are approaching the limits of their capabilities, organizations are increasingly paying attention to their employees and improving HR processes. An effective HR engineering system is a key factor in success and ensures the strategic competitiveness of a modern organization. Digital transformation of the business environment, the introduction of digital technologies in the HR sphere is a requirement of the time and allows optimizing the business processes of organizations in modern business conditions. The purpose of the study is to improve theoretical and methodological approaches and develop practical recommendations for building an HR engineering system based on the use of digital tools for the digitalization of HR processes, the implementation of which ensures the strengthening of the competitive advantages of the organization under modern conditions. The object of the study is HR processes in the organization. The objectives of the study are to provide a characteristic of the main HR processes in the HR engineering system of a modern organization; to substantiate the possibility of using digital tools for the digitalization of HR processes; research into the current state of the use of digital technologies in the HR engineering system of Ukrainian and international companies; development of digital tools for the digitalization of basic HR processes in the HR engineering system; identification of opportunities for further research and development of digital technologies in the field of HR engineering. The methodological basis of the study was publications devoted to the study of digital transformations in the field of HR engineering and theoretical methods in the processing of scientific publications related to the digitalization of elements of the HR engineering system; observation method in the study of specific cases of the implementation of digital tools in the practice of domestic and foreign enterprises; analysis method in the study of ...
