| Description: | This article aims to evaluate the functional acceptance and architecture of the PetCare web system, developed in Java and Spring Boot, focused on the integrated management of the life cycle and health of pets. The research was conducted through a case study, using a qualitative-quantitative approach. The methodology involved the analysis of the software architecture based on the MVC pattern and the application of a questionnaire with 9 questions to 700 participants, focusing on the usability, ease of navigation, and usefulness of the core Adoption and Health modules. The system architecture includes model classes such as Adoption, Vaccination, and Consultation, organized into Service and Repository layers. The results showed that all participants considered the adoption module useful and positively evaluated the clarity of the health information. The main limitation identified was the low responsiveness on mobile devices, indicating a need for improvements in the front-end. It is concluded that PetCare presents a technically consistent solution, with high user approval of its core functionalities, and potential for interface optimization on mobile devices, expanding its practical applicability. ; Este artigo tem como objetivo avaliar a aceitação funcional e a arquitetura do sistema web PetCare, desenvolvido em Java e Spring Boot, voltado para o gerenciamento integrado do ciclo de vida e da saúde de animais de estimação. A pesquisa foi conduzida por meio de um estudo de caso, utilizando abordagem qualitativa-quantitativa. A metodologia envolveu a análise da arquitetura de software baseada no padrão MVC e a aplicação de um questionário com 9 perguntas a 700 participantes, com foco na usabilidade, facilidade de navegação e utilidade dos módulos centrais de Adoção e Saúde. A arquitetura do sistema contempla classes de modelo como Adoção, Vacina e Consulta, organizadas em camadas de Serviço e Repositório.
