| Description: | Рассмотрены современные аспекты функционирования российского бизнеса в глобальной экономике, включая проблемы интернализации отечественных компаний, усиление роли кибероружия, презумпцию виновности и запрета в соответствии с законом Магницкого. Предложен синергетический подход формирования национальной сетевой экономики с учетом достоинств и недостатков различных типов сетей и особенностей экономических и политических ограничений при условии роста разнообразия кооперационных связей внутри России. Обосновано, что сетевой подход в управлении и формировании бизнес систем позволяет протекать процессам нелинейно, обеспечивает разнообразие связей и увеличивает количество средних компаний, делая систему гибкой и более сложной, а значит способной к саморазвитию. ; The modern aspects of Russian business in the global economy, including internalizing problems of domestic companies, strengthening the role of cyber weapons, the presumption of guilt and the ban in accordance with the law Magnitsky. We propose a synergistic approach of forming a network of national economy in view of the advantages and disadvantages of different types of networks and the characteristics of the economic and political constraints, provided the growth of the diversity of cooperative relations in Russia. It is proved that the network approach in managing and building business systems of nonlinear processes can occur, provides a variety of links and increases the number of medium-sized companies, making the system more flexible and complex, and therefore capable of self-development. |
