Popis: The UPC campus and the Mediterranean Technology Park (PMT) is an educational and research site that includes a naturalized area that sets it apart: the lake called "Olla del Rei", included in the inventory of wetlands in Catalonia. The evolution of the system and the effects caused by the network of drainage channels connected to the lagoon, have generated huge problems that threaten the existence of the lake as a natural area: eutrophication and loss of quality of the water, the exponential growth of invasive species and biodiversity decline of species, among others. The present project aims to design, justify and describe a proposal for environmental performance in order to improve the quality of the mass of water from the lake, through the implementation, using bioengineering techniques, of a horizontal subsurface flow constructed wetlands filled with gravel and plants, in two different sections of the lake, which will allow the reduction of nutrients in the water. The project includes, in addition, guidelines for strengthening outreach activities to the environment of the Lake and thus aims to involve the public in its conservation and preservation. ; L'espai educatiu i de recerca del campus de la UPC i del Parc Mediterrani de la Tecnologia (PMT) inclou un espai naturalitzat que el diferencia: l'estany anomenat "Olla del Rei", inclòs a l'Inventari de Zones Humides de Catalunya. L'evolució del sistema i les afectacions que ocasionen la xarxa de corredores del municipi de Castelldefels, que està connectada permanentment a la llacuna, han generat un seguit de problemes que amenacen l'existència de l'estany com a espai naturalitzat: eutrofització i pèrdua de qualitat de l'aigua, creixement exponencial d'espècies invasores i retrocés de la biodiversitat d'espècies, entre d'altres.
