This article presents the use case of Open Digital Lab 4you, a digitized laboratory environment, and identifies relevant trust factors based on a literature review and action-based research. In this paper stakeholders’ needs and requirements are discussed and these are linked to several, critical aspects of trust when sharing resources among public institutions.
