Popis: The purpose of the study is to substantiate the importance of time management in the organizational behavior management system and to develop recommendations for integrating modern time management methods and technologies into management practice. Time management is an important tool for achieving goals, reducing stress levels and increasing employee productivity. However, many organizations still do not use this approach properly, which leads to waste of resources, reduced motivation and staff efficiency. The study is based on theoretical approaches and practical examples to reveal the impact of time management on motivation, communication efficiency, and use of resources in organizations. The main problems that hinder the effective implementation of time management in organizational behavior management are insufficient awareness of managers and employees about its benefits, the lack of adapted approaches to different types of organizations, and resistance to change resistance to change from staff. In addition, in conditions of information overload and high dynamics of work, the importance of planning and prioritizing tasks is often underestimated. As a result, there are problems with meeting deadlines, irrational use of working time and a decrease in the quality of communication between employees. The article considerstime management techniques and methods that can significantly improve the organizational behavior of employees: prioritization, delegation, planning, eliminating distractions and multitasking. The advantages of using time management in companies are determined. The problems of time management in work from home have been determined and recommendations for solutions are offered. Time management is not only a matter of personal productivity that companies do not control; it should increasingly become a part of organizational behavior that is deeply rooted in organizational culture and corporate structures.
