| Beschreibung: | reserved ; The first phase of the thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the measurement acquisition system. A modular approach is adopted to allow flexibility and adaptability to different measurement requirements. The system incorporates various sensors and interfaces to capture diverse types of data, including temperature, voltage, and current. The hardware components are selected and integrated into a cohesive architecture, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements. In the second phase, the validation of the measurement acquisition system is conducted to assess its accuracy. Extensive testing scenarios are designed and executed, comparing the acquired data with reference measurements obtained from established measurement devices. Statistical analysis is applied to evaluate the system's precision, accuracy and repeatability. The final phase focuses on the integration of the measurement acquisition system into the company's existing automated testing platform through an interface written with Python scripting language. An interface is developed to seamlessly connect the system with the platform. This integration allows the company to expand its testing capabilities, streamline the testing process and improve overall efficiency. ; The first phase of the thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the measurement acquisition system.
