Description: U okviru ovog diplomskog rada izrađen je sustav za upravljanje vozilom u CARLA simulatoru putem prepoznavanja pokreta ruku korištenjem web-kamere. Sustav upravljanja izrađen je tako da se upravljanje ostvaruje držanjem zamišljenog volana. Pri tome zakretanje ruku određuje smjer kretanja, a pokazana gesta ruke označava ubrzanje, usporavanje, vožnju unatrag ili čisto upravljanje. Kako bi se omogućio izbor prirodnih gesti primjerenih za upravljanje vozilom, kreiran je vlastiti skup podataka. Za potrebe klasifikacije ovih gesti kreirana je klasifikacijska neuronska mreža koja zajedno s algoritmom izračuna kuta između ruku omogućuje potpunu kontrolu nad vozilom. Za implementaciju rješenja kreirana je Python skripta koja koristi izrađenu neuronsku mrežu i algoritam izračuna kuta za određivanje upravljačkih naredbi, koje se zatim šalju CARLA simulatoru uz pomoć dostupnog CARLA APIja. Kako bi se utvrdila kvaliteta implementacije sustava u simulatoru, provedeno je testiranje gdje je deset korisnika odvezlo zacrtanu rutu u simulatoru. Rezultati testiranja ukazali su na visoku razinu intuitivnosti odabranih gesti, kvalitetno upravljanje i responzivnost sustava. Sustav za upravljanje pokretima ruku pokazao se funkcionalnim i kvalitetnim. ; In this master’s thesis, a system was created for vehicle control inside the CARLA simulator based on hand gesture recognition using a webcam. The control system is designed so that driving is achieved by holding an imaginary steering wheel, where the rotation of the hands determines the direction of movement and the detected hand gesture determines acceleration, deceleration, driving in reverse, or pure steering. A custom dataset was created to facilitate the selection of natural gestures suitable for vehicle control. A neural network classifier was created for the purpose of gesture classification, which paired together with an algorithm for calculating the angle between the hands, enables full control of the vehicle.
