| Popis: | Overview: This is the first release of the repository for the project "Effects of Previous Social Status on Behavior." The project aims to analyze how previous social status influences behavioral and reproductive outcomes through detailed statistical analysis and visualizations. Contents: Zipped file of all score logs: Contains raw behavioral data for the analysis. R Code: Heavily annotated scripts for: Data wrangling. Running t-tests with p-value corrections. Generating ggplot boxplots and point plots for relative incidence and behavioral transition latencies. A README file that explains each step of the R code. Python Code: Scripts for data preparation and generating Markov chain plots to visualize behavioral transitions. Includes a README with detailed instructions for replicating the analysis. Features: Comprehensive statistical analysis workflow for behavior transitions and incidence rates. Visualizations include ggplots and point plots for clear representation of the results. Markov chain plots generated using Python for modeling behavioral sequences.
