Popis: U radu je opisan alat za rad s Oracle bazama podataka Oracle SQL Developer koji koristi Java Development Kit. Prva verzija ovog alata pojavila se na tržištu u ožujku 2006. godine te je otada jedan od najpopularnijih alata za manevriranje bazama podataka, ako ne i najpopularniji. Glavne prednosti su mu što se ne plaća te je jednostavan za korištenje. U trećem poglavlju ovog rada opisan je model baze podataka Europskih strukturnih i investicijskih fondova (ESI) te je isti realiziran koristeći Oracle SQL Developer i njegove bogate funkcionalnosti poput unosa podataka u bazu podataka izravno iz Microsoft Excel dokumenta. U zadnjem poglavlju baza iz trećeg poglavlja spojena je s Oracle Application Expressom te je stvorena popratna aplikacija koja služi za pregled korisnika i operacija Europskih strukturnih i investicijskih fondova. ; This thesis describes a tool for working with Oracle databases, Oracle SQL Developer, which uses the Java Development Kit. The first version of this tool appeared on the market in March 2006 and has since been one of the most popular database managing tools, if not the most popular. Its main advantages are that it is free and it is easy to use. The third chapter of this thesis describes the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESI) database model. It is implemented using Oracle SQL Developer and its rich functionalities such as entering data into the database directly from the Microsoft Excel documents. In the last chapter, the database from the third chapter was merged with Oracle Application Express and an accompanying application was created for overview of the users and operations of the European Structural and Investment Funds in Croatia.
