Description: In this paper, we propose a simple yet powerful method for generating prime numbers based on digital properties: the number must end with an odd digit different from 5, and the sum of its digits must itself be a prime number. We show that this approach is highly effective in constructing valid primes and provides a controlled mechanism for generating them. Furthermore, we apply this method to the Goldbach conjecture in reverse, by building custom primes and summing them to generate even numbers, thus offering a constructive perspective on Goldbach’s problem. This article introduces a novel constructive method for generating prime numbers through arithmetic design and utilizes it to reverse the Goldbach conjecture by producing controlled prime sets.
