| Beschreibung: | The full-scale invasion of Russia has led to an increase in the number of vulnerable groups, a decline in the economic situation and social inequality. In such conditions, community activation in solving social problems is relevant, since community members play a key role in ensuring the stability of society and overcoming challenges. Given the relevance of the topic, the purpose of the study is to substantiate the types of participation of community members in community life in wartime and outline possible ways to activate residents to solve social problems. The article reveals the concept of «community activation», substantiates the types of participation of community members in community life in wartime. The emphasis is on the following types of community involvement in solving urgent issues: passive participation, informational participation, functional (joint) participation, self-organization. In accordance with the types of participation of community members, effective ways of activating residents to solve social problems in martial law are presented, in particular: organizing trainings, seminars and information campaigns; creation of advisory councils, public hearings and online platforms; implementation of grant support programs, social initiative competitions and recognition of active citizens; creation of joint projects; ensuring the accessibility of resource centers, public spaces; use of modern digital technologies for communication, etc. It is concluded that active participation of the community in solving social problems during the war not only helps to overcome current difficulties, but also contributes to the consolidation of society, increasing the level of social trust and forming a common vision for the restoration and development of the country. Повномасштабне вторгнення Росії спричинило зростання кількості вразливих груп населення, зниження економічної ситуації та соціальної нерівності. В таких умовах активізація громади у вирішенні соціальних проблем є актуальною, оскільки члени громади відіграють ключову роль у забезпеченні стійкості суспільства та подоланні викликів. У статті розкрито поняття «активізація громади», обгрунтовано види участі членів громади у життєдіяльності громади в умовах війни та представлено дієві способи активізації жителів до вирішення соціальних проблем. |
