| Popis: | The educational process is a complex system. One of the key factors that can significantly change the effectiveness of the educational process is the teacher's self-education. It helps to improve teaching methods, to acquire skills in planning and organizing a modern lesson, to adapt the educational process to the needs and interests of students. Therefore, professional self-improvement through purposeful self-education activities remains the main direction of improving the level of professional competence of a teacher. According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 21, 2019 No. 800 “Procedure for upgrading the qualifications of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers”, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers can upgrade their qualifications at various subjects of professional development, in different forms and types. The main types of professional development are: training under the professional development program, including participation in seminars, workshops, trainings, webinars, master classes, etc. The organization of professional development of teachers is carried out in centers of professional development of pedagogical workers, which operate on the basis of the “Regulations on the center of professional development of pedagogical workers”. The organization of high-quality and effective activities related to the professional methodical support of the development of teaching staff in accordance with the declared need is defined as a priority area of activity of the Center for Professional Development of Teachers in the city of Korosten, Zhytomyr region. The employees of the Center conduct methodical sessions “Professional development of a teacher: experience, cooperation, priorities” for teaching staff of general secondary education institutions in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine in terms of ensuring security measures related to the introduction of martial law in Ukraine in accordance with the approved plan for its implementation. The advantage of advanced training at the Korosten Teacher Development Center is the opportunity for teachers from different schools and educational institutions to meet and exchange their experiences, learn from each other, discuss new ideas and practices, and build professional relationships. Professional maturity is a leading indicator of becoming a subject of professional activity. У статті охарактеризовано значення професійного зростання педагога, яке є на сьогоднішній день основним напрямом реалізації модернізаційних реформ у країні. Визначено основний напрям удосконалення рівня професійної компетентності педагога через професійне самовдосконалення та цілеспрямовану самоосвітню діяльність. Систематизовано деякі підходи щодо організації професійного розвитку педагогів у центрах професійного розвитку педагогічних працівників, які діють на підставі “Положення про центр професійного розвитку педагогічних працівників”. Розглянуто організацію якісної результативної діяльності щодо професійного методичного супроводу розвитку педагогічних працівників відповідно заявленої потреби на прикладі діяльності Центру професійного розвитку педагогів м.Коростень Житомирської області. |
