This study covers key directives, recommendations, and other regulatory acts that shape the EU's policy in the field of information culture. Particular attention is given to mechanisms ensuring transparency, the protection of personal data, and the development of citizens' digital competencies. У статті досліджено вимоги законодавства Європейського Союзу (ЄС) з питань інформаційної культури, цифрової грамотності та доступу до інформації. Дане дослідження охоплює ключові директиви, рекомендації, та інші нормативно-правові акти, які формують політику ЄС у сфері інформаційної культури. Особлива увага приділяється механізмам забезпечення прозорості, захисту персональних даних та розвитку цифрових компетентностей громадян. |
