| Description: | On the basis of published sources as well as the personal experience of the authors’ military service, the procedure for preparation and conduct of command post training under conditions of martial law was studied. An option of the activities carried out while preparing for the training as well as a scenario development option for conduct of combat operations during the training, taking into account NATO standards and doctrinal documents adapted to these standards, were considered. The terminology for the preparation and conduct of command post training was analysed and recommendations were provided for the preparation and conduct of command post training under conditions of martial law. It will make it possible, in a short period of time, to effectively prepare headquarters and military units for the fulfilment of assigned combat tasks during the martial law. На основі опублікованих джерел, а також особистого досвіду військової служби авторів досліджуються особливості порядку підготовки та проведення командно-штабних тренувань в умовах воєнного стану. Розглянуті варіант заходів, які проводяться під час безпосередньої підготовки до тренування, та варіант методики розіграшу бойових дій у процесі проведення командно-штабних тренувань з урахуванням стандартів НАТО і доктринальних документів, адаптованих до цих стандартів. Проаналізований понятійно-категорійний апарат щодо підготовки та проведення командно-штабних тренувань. Надані рекомендації щодо підготовки та проведення командно-штабних тренувань за умов воєнного стану, які даватимуть змогу в короткі терміни ефективно підготувати органи військового управління та військові частини до виконання поставлених бойових завдань під час воєнного стану. |
