Концепціядомашньої автоматизації існує з кінця 1970-х років, хоча з розвитком технологій і послугочікування людей щодо того, яким повинен бути будинок або яким чином слід надаватипослуги і отримувати до них доступ вдома, продовжують змінюватися. Але паралельнотакож постало питання зменшення загального впливу на довкілля та енергозбереження.На даному етапі розвитку система «розумний будинок» (Smart Home) може вирішуватинизку питань, зокрема як задоволення широкого спектру потреб мешканців так і контрольта ефективне енерговикористання. Оскільки будівлі споживають близько 35% загальноїенергії ї в передових країнах і в Україні також, потреба в активному та систематичномууправлінні енергією за допомогою технологій системи «розумний будинок» зростає вдовгостроковій перспективі. This article considers the application of the Smart Home system in the energymanagement system of residential apartment buildings. The concept of home automation has beenaround since the late 1970s, although with the development of technology and services, people'sexpectations of what a home should be like or how services should be provided and accessed athome continue to change. But at the same time, there is also the issue of reducing the overallimpact on the environment and energy saving. At this stage of development, the Smart Home systemcan address a number of issues, including meeting a wide range of residents' needs and controllingand efficient energy use. As buildings consume about 35% of the total energy in advanced countriesand in Ukraine as well, the need for active and systematic energy management through smart hometechnologies is growing in the long run. |
