| Description: | The article highlights the evolution of scientific views regarding the methodological foundations of the formation of economic and management tools by the administration of a project-oriented enterprise in the new era of the fourth industrial revolution and analyzes the paradigms of the implementation of enterprise management processes on the basis of information systems, identifies the development trends of the implementation of enterprise management processes in the structure and means of intellectual information systems It has been proven that the dynamism and high degree of uncertainty of the external environment have a negative effect on the efficiency of domestic construction enterprises, forcing modern organizations to transform into more and more complex systems. The basis of their adaptive diffusion into a competitive environment is the competition not only of goods or services, but also of innovative management technologies. The leading and systematic way out of crisis and destructive situations for construction enterprises, as well as for other industrial enterprises, is an innovative activity strategy, a radical or partial transformation (modernization) of the enterprise's operating system and the system and structure of the administration of its activities based on the latest information technologies. architectural environment including integrated project delivery (IPD, Integrated Project Delivery), virtual design and construction (VDC, Virtual Design Construction) and integrated digital delivery (IDD Integrated Digital Delivery), building information modeling (BIM, Building Information Modeling) are used in the construction and implementation of models of management processes in information systems, the use of which simplifies the complexity of modernizing the information system to solve the tasks of enterprise management processes. The main models of the organization of activities in the digital economy and the possibilities of improving the efficiency of the management processes of the construction enterprise using information systems as a digital way of presenting directive and economic-functional characteristics of the construction object are defined and systematized. У статті висвітлено еволюцію наукових поглядів щодо методичних засад формування економіко-управлінських інструментів адмініструванням проєктно-орієнтованим підприємством у нову епоху четвертої промислової революції та проаналізовано парадигми реалізації процесів управління підприємством на базі інформаційних систем, визначено тенденції розвитку реалізації процесів управління підприємством у структурі та засобами інтелектуальних інформаційних систем Доведено, що динамічність і високий ступінь невизначеності зовнішнього середовища негативно позначаються на ефективності діяльності вітчизняних будівельних підприємств, примушують сучасні організації перетворюватися на все більш складні системи. Основою їх адаптивної дифузії в конкурентне середовище стає конкуренція не тільки товарів чи послуг, а й інноваційних технологій управління. Провідним і системним засобом виходу з кризових та деструктивних ситуацій для будівельних підприємств, як і інших індустріальних підприємств, є інноваційна стратегія діяльності, радикальна або часткова трансформація (модернізація) операційної системи підприємства та діючої на підприємстві системи і структури адміністрування його діяльністю на основі новітніх інформаційних технологій архітектурного середовища включаючи інтегровану реалізацію проєкту (IPD, Іntegrated Project Delivery), віртуальне проєктування та будівництво (VDC, Virtual Design Construction) та інтегровану цифрову реалізацію (IDD Іntegrated Digital Delivery), інформаційне моделювання будівель (BIM, Building Information Modeling). Виокремлено технології, що застосовуються при побудові та реалізації моделей процесів управління в інформаційних системах, використання яких спрощує складність модернізації інформаційної системи для вирішення завдань процесів управління підприємством. Визначено і систематизовано основні моделі організації діяльності в цифровій економіці та можливості підвищення ефективності процесів управління будівельним підприємством із використанням інформаційних систем як цифровий спосіб представлення директивних та економіко-функціональних характеристик будівельного об’єкта. |
