| Popis: | The article considers the current problem of increasing the efficiency of public health management in the context of modern crisis challenges. The need for integration of decision support systems (DSS), established interdepartmental communication and modern crisis response tools is substantiated. The purpose of the study is to determine the tools and technologies used to support management decisions and their relationship with crisis situations in public health. Methods: analysis and synthesis; systematization and classification; terminological analysis; comparative analysis. Results. Key decision support tools were analyzed and classified, their principles and approaches to application were determined. It was established that the effectiveness of crisis management directly depends on the level of integration of information systems and coordination between different departments, which is confirmed by the analysis of international experience. It is also proven that data-driven decision-making is a central method for optimizing resources and predicting the development of situations. Conclusions. Successfully overcoming public health crises is possible only with the synergy of technological solutions, effective communication and a proactive management approach. The prospects for further development lie in the creation of adaptive platforms that use artificial intelligence and big data analytics. У статті розглядається актуальна проблема підвищення ефективності управління у сфері громадського здоров’я в умовах сучасних кризових викликів. Обґрунтовується необхідність інтеграції систем підтримки прийняття рішень (СППР), налагодженої міжвідомчої комунікації та сучасних засобів кризового реагування. Мета – визначення інструментів та технологій, які використовуються для підтримки управлінських рішень, та їх взаємозв’язку з кризовими ситуаціями в громадському здоров’ї. Методи: аналіз та синтез; систематизація та класифікація; термінологічний аналіз; порівняльний аналіз. Результати. Проаналізовано та класифіковано ключові інструменти підтримки рішень, визначено їхні принципи та підходи до застосування. Установлено, що ефективність кризового менеджменту напряму залежить від рівня інтеграції інформаційних систем та координації між різними відомствами, що підтверджується аналізом міжнародного досвіду.Також доведено, що кероване даними прийняття рішень є центральним методом для оптимізації ресурсів та прогнозування розвитку ситуацій. Висновки. Успішне подолання криз у громадському здоров’ї можливе лише за умови синергії технологічних рішень, ефективної комунікації та проактивного управлінського підходу. Перспектива подальшого розвитку полягає у створенні адаптивних платформ, що використовують штучний інтелект та аналітику великих даних. |
