Description: Указано, что амбивалентный характер распространения процессов сетевизации общества характеризуется наличием множества противоречий. Выявляется специфика урегулирования конфликтов между сетевыми структурами в сравнении с иерархической моделью управления. Для разрешения противоречий необходимо учитывать следующие специфические характеристики сетевого взаимодействия акторов: децентрализованность, превалирование горизонтальных связей в сравнении с вертикальными, наличие множества узловых центров управления, высокая скорость обмена информацией. It is indicated that the ambivalent nature of the spread of social networking processes is characterized by the presence of many contradictions. The specifi cs of confl ict resolution between network structures in comparison with the hierarchical management model are revealed. It is necessary to take into account the following specifi c characteristics of the network interaction of actors: decentralization, the prevalence of horizontal connections in comparison with the vertical ones, the presence of many nodal control centers, high speed of information exchange to resolve contradictions and make decisions for their elimination.
