Popis: Статтю присвячено застосуванню методу моделювання до процесів відтворення людського капіталу шляхом конкретизації теоретичних положень, доведення їх до практичного впровадження, застосування спеціальних прийомів та програмних засобів, що дозволило виявити найбільш характерні його риси та тенденції у взаємозв'язку з причинами, які їх обумовлюють. Спираючись на отримані результати, автори дійшли висновку, що економічне і соціальне піднесення країни залежить від рівня та перспектив розвитку освіти. The article is devoted to application of method of design to the processes of recreation of human capital by the specification of theoretical positions, leading to of them to practical introduction, application of the special receptions and programmatic facilities, that allowed to find out his most personal touches and tendencies in intercommunication with reasons which stipulate them. Leaning on the got results, authors came to the conclusion, that economic and social flight of country depends on a level and prospects of development of education.

Abstrakt:Статтю присвячено застосуванню методу моделювання до процесів відтворення людського капіталу шляхом конкретизації теоретичних положень, доведення їх до практичного впровадження, застосування спеціальних прийомів та програмних засобів, що дозволило виявити найбільш характерні його риси та тенденції у взаємозв'язку з причинами, які їх обумовлюють. Спираючись на отримані результати, автори дійшли висновку, що економічне і соціальне піднесення країни залежить від рівня та перспектив розвитку освіти.
