Popis: Рассматриваются вопросы формирования этнической толерантности будущих специалистов социальной сферы в поликультурной среде вуза сквозь призму развития опыта межкультурной коммуникации студентов. На уровне высших учебных заведений (ВГУ имени П.М. Машерова и РУДН) показана организация соответствующих организационно-педагогических условий, раскрыты возможности и резервы для формирования этнической толерантности, приобретения опыта межкультурной коммуникации, представлены примеры внедрения вышеуказанных опыта и возможностей в рамках авторских курсов.= The article deals with the formation of ethnic tolerance of future specialists in the social sphere in the multicultural environment of the university through the prism of developing the experience of intercultural communication of students. At the level of higher educational institutions (VSU named after P.M. Masherov and RUDN University), the organization of the corresponding organizational and pedagogical conditions is shown, opportunities and reserves for the formation of ethnic tolerance, the acquisition of experience in intercultural communication are revealed, examples of the implementation of the above experience and opportunities within the framework of author's courses are presented.
