Popis: Исследованы калибры прокатных валков деформирующих клетей непрерывного трехвалкового раскатного стана для прокатки черновых труб. С помощью численного моделирования установлено влияние геометрии калибров прокатных валков на их износ при прокатке. Определен вид геометрии калибров прокатных валков деформирующих клетей непрерывного трёхвалкового раскатного стана, позволяющий снизить износ калибров при прокатке. The calibers of the mill rolls of deforming stands of a continuous three roll reeling mill for the rolling of rough tubes are examined. By means of numerical simulation the influence of the geometry of calibers of mill rolls on their wear during the rolling is determined. The form of the geometry of calibers of mill rolls of deforming stands of a continuous three roll reeling mill, which reduces the wear of calibers during the rolling, is determined.

С помощью численного моделирования установлено влияние геометрии калибров прокатных валков на их износ при прокатке. Определен вид геометрии калибров прокатных валков деформирующих клетей непрерывного трёхвалкового раскатного стана, позволяющий снизить износ калибров при прокатке.
