Beschreibung: This paper focuses on the essence of the separation of powers and its application in the British constitution. The author traces and assesses its evolution and interpretation against the background of the 20th century British constitutional law theory and development of the British constitution for the last 20 years.
В статье изложена суть природы разделения властей и применение этого принципа в Конституции Великобритании. Прослеживается и оценивается эволюция его понимания в английской науке конституционного права в течение XX века,а также в Конституции этой страны за последние 20 лет.
