Description: In this article author determines the off-shore business, analyzes the reasons of the off-shore zones appearance and their territorial and functional location. The author shows the positive and negative sites of the off-shore business and their influence on the World economy; analyzes the basic tax preferences for investors in off-shore zones; examines the key problems of off-shore business in our country and suggests the legal ways to solve these problems by perfection of the activity of this type of free economic zones on the territory of Russia.
Раскрывается понятие офшорного бизнеса, анализируются вопросы возникновения и территориально-функциональной дислокации офшорных зон, исследуются положительные и отрицательные стороны влияния офшоров на мировую экономику. Изучаются причины неразвитости офшорного бизнеса в России и предлагается организационно-правовой подход к решению проблемы совершенствования деятельности данного вида свободных экономических зон на территории нашей страны.
