| Beschreibung: | The data on the organization of medical and social support for children and adolescents in the primary unit of health care concerning existing problems and probable prospects are presented. The issues of legislative, legal, regulatory and procedural guidelines for departments of medical and social care of children's polyclinics, human resources and special training of pediatricians to work with children in tight life situation are analyzed. Conclusions on the blind sides of the organization of medical and social support for children's policlinic for children in tight life situations have been made. Measures for improvement the system of medical and social care for children have been proposed. Представлены данные об организации медико-социального сопровождения детей и подростков в первичном звене здравоохранения: существующие проблемы и возможные перспективы. Проанализированы вопросы законодательного, правового, нормативного и методического обеспечения отделений медико-социальной помощи детских поликлиник, кадрового потенциала и специальной подготовки педиатров к работе с детьми, находящимися в трудной жизненной ситуации. сделаны выводы о слабых сторонах организации медико-социального сопровождения детей, находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации, в детской поликлинике. Предложены меры по совершенствованию системы медико-социальной помощи детям. |
