| Popis: | The ability of human mentality is confined both to the classification of reality and a creative activity due to the appearance of the conceptual metaphor. A metaphor is one of the widespread methods of imaginative representation of a concept. This article is devoted to investigation of the imaginative part of the concept “will”. In the process of conceptualization of reality human knowledge is organized in the form of cognitive models. Such structures play the main modeling role in a language and in linguistics they are called conceptual metaphors. The process of metaphorization is the interaction of two spheres: the “source” and the “target”. Conceptual metaphors typically employ a more abstract concept as a target and a more concrete or physical concept as their source. Accordingly, abstract concepts are understood in terms of prototype concrete processes. The term “concrete” in this theory has been further specified by Lakoff and Johnson as more closely related to the developmental, physical neural, and interactive body. В статье рассматривается процесс метафоризации в человеческом познании для концепта «воля» на материале русского, английского и башкирского языков, при этом исследуются такой вид метафоры как концептуальная метафора. |
