| Beschreibung: | The article is devoted to the issues of the culturological approach in the field of the educational institution management. On the basis of the analysis of the management and culturology theoretical works, the author studies theoretical aspects of the formation of the educational institutions managers' value systems and gives practical recommendations on the development of their administrative activity plan. Статья посвящена проблемам культурологического подхода в сфере управления образовательным учреждением. На основе анализа работ по управлению и культурологии рассматриваются теоретические аспекты формирования системы ценностей руководителей образовательных учреждений, даются практические рекомендации по разработке программы их управленческой деятельности. |
