| Popis: | In the article legal and practical problems of search of the stolen cellular telephone are investigated. Major factors of growth of the given type of plunder are analyzed. Technical possibilities of detection ofa cellular telephone which are caused by the device of mobile communication GSM as a whole are resulted. Phone is considered from a position of the electronic device whichfeature allows to establish the person the committed crime, to provide law enforcement bodies with necessary proofs, and as to receive other operative significant information. The same article presents methods of suppressing and preventing theft of cellular phones in the United States and European countries Positive and negative consequences of using of foreign experience are considered in Russia. Variants of change of rules of law regulating public relations in the field are analyzed. A set of necessary measures provides for the effective and timely investigation of stolen mobile phone, as well as the prevention and punishment of the crime. |
