| Popis: | All beings (any process, things and events in its objective manifestations as a phenomenon) are cognized as object of thought (noumenon). From this perspective, the evolution of the material world is its acquisition of more and more new meanings. Anniversary of Patriotic Wars 1612 and 1812 was the reason for the author to reflect on the turning points in world and national history. The author considers those turning points from the point of view of noumenal nature of the historical, political and geopolitical processes. Political history and geopolitics, according to the author, is the set of varieties of interactions of political centers, which power depends on the resources (territorial, demographic, minerals, administrative and so on), and aims to receive (the conquest) of these resources. Important geopolitical resources are the territory as a noumenon, the knowledge of natural resources and processes, an understanding of the national history, as well as education, which allow to construct not only the future but also the past and thereby to change the geopolitical reality. Keyw Юбилей Отечественных войн 1612 и 1812 гг. является для автора поводом для осмысления геополитической реальности и исторического процесса как ноумена и в этом качестве как важнейшего ресурса геополитических центров силы. |
