Description: N the course of the study, the author proposed and proved the algorithm of switching to outsourcing. This approach can most effectively reflect the essence of outsourcing as a systematic mechanism of mutually beneficial cooperation between two independent companies in the structure of one enterprise. The article attempts to identify the key prospects of cooperation between companies and small innovative enterprises on the basis of higher educational establishments.
В процессе работы был предложен и обоснован алгоритм перехода на аутсорсинг. Такой подход способен максимально эффективно отразить сущность аутсорсинга как системного механизма взаимовыгодного сотрудничества двух независимых компаний в структуре одного предприятия. В статье делается попытка определить ключевые перспективы сотрудничества компаний с малыми инновационными предприятиями на базе вузов.
