| Beschreibung: | The article deals with the military and professional activity as a factor of adaptation of cadets to the educational environment of military institute of Interior troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The article reveals the requirements to the identity of the officer determined by the specifics of service in internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The relevance of the study of the conditions of adaptation of cadets to the educational environment of military institute of Interior troop is due to the development of humanistic concept of modern military education. The author has analyzed the process of adaptation of cadets, revealed its stages and major crises adaptation period (motivational crisis, activity crisis, crisis of objectives, crisis of relations, skills crisis) and the ways to overcome them. It is shown that the adaptation of cadets to the educational environment of military institute includes various simultaneously occurring and mutually conditioning processes. The author concludes that a significant role in the training of future officers plays their military professional activity. Статья посвящена военно-профессиональной деятельности как фактору адаптации курсантов к образовательной среде военного института внутренних войск МВД России. Раскрываются требования к личности офицера, определяемые спецификой службы во внутренних войсках МВД России. Актуальность изучения условий адаптации курсантов к образовательной среде военного института внутренних войск МВД России обусловлена развитием гуманистической концепции современного военного образования. Автором проанализирован процесс адаптации курсантов, выявлены его этапы, раскрыты основные кризисы периода адаптации (мотивационный кризис, кризис деятельности, кризис целей, кризис отношений, кризис способностей) и пути их преодоления. Показано, что адаптация курсантов к образовательной среде военного института включает различные одновременно протекающие и взаимообусловливающиеся процессы. Автор делает вывод, что значительную роль в процессе профессиональной подготовки будущих офицеров играет их военно-профессиональная деятельность. |
