| Popis: | In this article we consider foreign experience of German city Drezden, connected with keeping, development and regeneration of the historical area. Within the period of 1990 2014 legislative documents were developed due to the intensive work of the general planning department in collaboration with the department of preserving the monuments of Drezden with the active involvement of the residents into the discussion. These documents provide not only keeping the historical image of the city, but the development of the city regions. A thorough identification of city areas was made, and the attention was paid not only to the historical centre, but to other regions as well. All the regions had its peculiarities which attracted both the citizens and the tourists. This system of legislative documents which comply with each other provides keeping the historical peculiarity of the city for the future generations and the stable economic development. Рассматривается зарубежный опыт немецкого города Дрездена по сохранению, развитию и регенерации исторической среды. С 1990 по 2014 гг. благодаря интенсивной работе отдела генерального планирования, совместно с отделом по охране памятников города Дрездена и при активном вовлечении в обсуждение жителей города, были разработаны законодательные документы, которые обеспечивают не только сохранение исторического облика, но и развитие районов города. Была проведена тщательная идентификация городских кварталов, при этом внимание уделялось не только историческому центру, но и другим районам, в каждом из которых были выявлены свои особенности, привлекающие как жителей города, так и туристов. Данная система законодательных документов четко соподчиненных друг другу обеспечивает сохранение исторической уникальности города для будущих поколений и способствует стабильному экономическому развитию. |
