| Description: | The present-day unstable geopolitical situation and new threats actualize the problem of national security and state defense potential for Russia. Historically and today defense industry is a priority one for Russian economy and politics. Consequently, positioning of Russia in the international arena and forming its stable image are possible through management of the innovation activities of the defense industry enterprises and securing their effectiveness. The object of analysis in the article is adaptation and application of innovation instruments by principal military-industrial complex enterprises before and now. As an example, the experience of realization of the innovation policy by Federal Research and Production Center «Altai», JSC, which is the Russian strategic defense industry enterprise, is analyzed in the article. Современная нестабильная международная ситуация и новые источники геополитических угроз актуализируют проблему российской национальной безопасности и обороноспособности государства. Отрасль оборонной промышленности является приоритетной для российской экономики и политики как исторически, так и в современных условиях. В связи с этим позиционирование России на международной арене можно осуществить через управление инновационной деятельностью и обеспечение эффективности предприятий ОПК. В статье проводится анализ опыта реализации инновационной политики стратегическим предприятием российской оборонной промышленности ОАО «ФНПЦ «Алтай». |
