| Beschreibung: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on a critical evaluation of a four-month intervention program aimed at recreational runners. The aim of this study is the professional assessment of changes in physiological parameters and body composition in four monitored subjects. The key parameters assessed included oxygen consumption per kilogram of body weight, minute pulmonary ventilation, body mass index, skeletal muscle mass, and the percentage of body fat. The research methodology included diagnostic examinations, with a treadmill ergometric test used to assess physical fitness. The analysis of body composition was conducted using bioelectrical impedance measurement with the InBody device. The collected data were systematically evaluated to identify the effects of the training program on physiological parameters, physical fitness, and body composition of the participants. The results of the study indicate improvements in physiological indicators among all subjects. However, changes in body composition exhibit individual variability, suggesting differing physiological responses to the training process. The final assessment indicates that the effectiveness of the four-month intervention program cannot be definitively evaluated, as insufficient adherence to training plans may have led to incomplete or distorted... |
