| Popis: | This bachelor thesis focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of a selected organization, namely the Hospital Jindřichův Hradec, a.s., which represents a significant provider of health care in the region. The main objective of the thesis is to identify the key factors that influence its activity and position on the market, and to propose measures that could contribute to its more efficient functioning and further development. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical background and description of basic concepts in the field of strategic management, planning and analysis of the company's environment. In this part, the methods used in the practical part of the thesis are explained in detail, namely SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis and Porter's five forces model. In the next part of the thesis, a characterization of the analyzed organization is made, including a description of its history, organizational structure, services provided and basic economic data. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the actual preparation of the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. Using PESTLE analysis and Porter's five forces model, the external environmental factors that affect the functioning of the hospital are identified. The internal environment was analyzed using SWOT analysis and financial analysis, which evaluated selected economic indicators of the organization. Based on the analyses, recommendations and suggestions for improvement were formulated to help the hospital respond more effectively to changes in the surrounding 7 environment, improve internal processes and strengthen its competitiveness in the healthcare services market. |
